Talent Business Partner

for our Talent Management team to provide leadership, business partnership, and deliver best-in-class solutions. In this role, you will deliver talent business services to multiple sub-practices within West Monroe’s largest and broadest practice, contribute to strategic and operational talent results in a consistent and equitable manner, and execute strategic human capital plans that support the business needs and priorities while driving proactive, forward-thinking solutions to employee and organizational issues. Responsibilities

Engage as a trusted talent advisor to the Sub-practice Leader and Sub-practice Leadership Team, ensuring business/talent priorities and challenges are understood and met globally through People Team resources and channels. Lead annual talent planning for the Sub-practice Leadership Team, identifying priorities, needs, recommendations, and action planning. Collaborate with Leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness; identify and meet leadership training, development and executive coaching needs. Lead talent fulfillment and retention strategy for the practice; analyze data trends, conduct stay interviews, listening sessions, and focus groups; communicate findings, impacts, and recommendations. Manage sensitive or complex employment needs and issues; identify, report, and engage on mitigating business/talent risks. Execute performance management for assigned groups; advise on leadership pipeline planning and promotion readiness; assess performance management execution and provide process improvement recommendations to the Performance Management COE. Collaborate on annual DEI strategy planning and execution, inclusive leadership practices and KPEs, and action planning. Support the annual total rewards planning cycle. Promote the firm’s career equity process; coach employees and Career Advisors on career equity best practices; educate them about career models and pathway options. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in Human Resources; preferably in a professional services or management consulting firm. Demonstrable experience with, or knowledge of, employment law. Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence and collaborate at the leadership level. Strong data and analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong facilitation, influencing and conflict resolution skills. A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives. Ability to travel to other West Monroe office locations (~10%). Compensation and Benefits

Based on pay transparency guidelines, salary ranges vary by location. Individual salaries are determined by geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. The information below reflects example ranges for listed locations and is not a guarantee of pay. Employees are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Eligible for the company 401k plan, potential stock ownership, annual bonuses, unlimited flexible time off, ten paid holidays per year, and eligible for ten weeks of paid parental leave upon hire date. Seattle or Washington, D.C.: $127,300 - $149,700 USD; $133,300 - $156,900 USD (alternative tier). New York City or San Francisco: $139,400 - $164,000 USD. A location not listed above: $121,200 - $142,600 USD. Additional information
