Aziza is looking to invite a hard-working, eager-to-learn Sous Chef to assist our CDC in all BOH capacities and become a part of our beloved family! This salaried position will be offered room to grow within our company, and for the right candidate, may lead to a CDC position at one of our restaurants in the future. Executive Chef Mourad Lahlou has strong roots in creating modern Moroccan cuisine while highlighting local, Californian ingredients, purveyors, and preparations. The restaurant has achieved Michelin recognition with multiple establishments. The demands are very high for our entire team; guests expect the highest quality of cuisine and service, but with a relaxed and welcoming approach. For the right candidate, duties will include, but not be limited to, opening, closing, directing line-staff throughout service, prepping, and optional R&D.
