Elite Executive Partners is sourcing for an Executive Assistant for a local client . The Executive Assistant to Senior Management, will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will act as a liaison between Senior Management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
Essential Functions or
Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Assist Senior Management with special projects, research initiative, and strategic planning by organizing information, tracking process, and ensuring deadlines are met. Calendar Management : Coordinate and manage Senior Managements calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and events while ensuring optimal time management. Book all travel arrangements and conference rooms. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communications to and from Senior Management. Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports and presentations. Clerical Functions:
Perform all clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, answering phones, ordering office supplies, and welcoming visitors. Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up items. Take minutes and ensure timely distribution of meeting notes. Qualifications: Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred . Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools. Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
