iSphere is looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
who thrives at the intersection of
digital transformation, business process reengineering (BPR), and enterprise-level strategy . This isn't a checkbox role-it's about
leading conversations, shaping future-state business capabilities, and turning strategy into execution .
If you're someone who has led major transformation initiatives, knows how to translate business complexity into actionable requirements, and has a deep understanding of
MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture) -we'd like to talk.
What You'll Do Drive Transformation:
Lead digital change efforts, identifying opportunities to innovate and designing capabilities that align with organizational goals. Reengineer Processes:
Analyze, simplify, and optimize business processes-eliminating bottlenecks, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable results. Strategic Modeling:
Develop and maintain robust business architecture artifacts-business process models (BPMN), data/capability models, and organizational models-that bring clarity to complex initiatives. Engage Stakeholders:
Partner with executives, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to elicit and validate requirements. Translate high-level objectives into clear, actionable specifications. Bridge Business & IT:
Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders stay aligned. What You'll Bring
12+ years
in a Business Architect or senior-level BA role, focusing on enterprise-scale initiatives. 12+ years
leading or contributing to
large-scale digital transformation
and
BPR projects
with tangible outcomes. 12+ years
of hands-on MITA expertise, including practical application (State Self-Assessments highly valued). 10+ years
using modeling tools like BPMN, UML, ArchiMate, and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred). 10+ years
of superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills-comfortable presenting to both executives and technical teams. Bachelor's degree
in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). Preferred Experience
Hands-on work with
Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems
(Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP). Public sector project delivery experience. Certifications such as
CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt . Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
