We are a hands-on and client-centric company with a warm culture - join the family!What You Will DoThe Client Relationship Manager uses their horticulture knowledge and relationship building skills to grow business in a portfolio of accounts within residential and/or commercial sites. This role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of daily landscape maintenance operations, installs and other maintenance requests for the assigned properties.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial/residential accounts and develop close client relationships through a strong understanding of client needs and challenges.Exceed client expectations by providing proactive communication and excellent customer service.Schedule site visits and meet clients regularly to conduct site walk-through to ensure work is performed at a high level.Work with crews to ensure they are aware of the expectations to complete the job in a timely manner and within budget.Responsible for managing job expenses related to labor and materials to meet budget guidelines.Acquire new maintenance accounts through business development as well as selling enhancements.Set and meet financial goals for account portfolio.Who You AreYou have a passion for horticulture and an eye for detail. You are professional, have an upbeat demeanor and always represent the company in a positive manner.Qualifications2+ years of residential or commercial horticulture experience; account management experience is required.2 to 4 year degree in Agronomy or Horticulture or equivalent horticulture experience.Strong knowledge of pesticides, pesticide uses, local plants and annual color.Possess strong sales and customer service skills.Ability to understand standard maintenance practice in landscaping and knowledge of irrigation, controller programming and water management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Aspire software, a plus.Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.Qualified Supervisor (QS) pesticide applicator license in Colorado preferred.Valid driver license and clean motor vehicle record required.70% travel to client sites required.Assisting with snow management required.Benefits$70,000 base + commissions and bonus programMedical, dental, vision (50% paid by the employer)401(k) retirement plan2 weeks accrued paid vacation that increases with time at the company7 paid holidaysLife insurance policyCompany vehicle
