Responsibilities
Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings. Manage and organize large volumes of documents, including reviewing, coding, and producing them. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas. Assist attorneys in trial preparation by preparing trial exhibits, organizing evidence, and coordinating with expert witnesses. Maintain client files and manage case progress, ensuring all deadlines are met. Foster strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and addressing their concerns promptly. Utilize legal software for case management, document review, and trial preparation. Assist with depositions, witness interviews, and court proceedings. Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal. A bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. A paralegal certificate is highly desirable. Proficiency in legal research tools and legal software. Exceptional legal writing skills and the ability to draft clear, concise, and comprehensive legal documents. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and the court system. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive client relations and work effectively with diverse teams. Familiarity with the process of trial preparation and legal case management.
