As the UKG Ready Administrator, you will take the lead in configuring, implementing, and training users on the UKG Ready HRIS system. This role will serve as the point person for the HRIS system implementation while working closely with HR leadership to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the system. Key Responsibilities
Lead the gathering of system requirements through client meetings and discussions. Provide subject matter expertise on UKG READY and offer guidance to the client. Create and maintain documentation for system requirements and configurations. Configure the UKG system to meet client specifications and business needs. Participate in testing cycles to ensure proper system functionality. Deliver training sessions to administrators and end-users to ensure smooth system adoption. Support the transition of clients to customer support after the implementation is completed. Qualifications
Proven experience in HRIS system implementation-UKG READY. Strong ability to lead client meetings and gather system requirements. Expertise in system configuration and testing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to non-technical users. Experience working independently in a hybrid work environment.
