Market President – Master Planned Communities at FirstService Residential. Location: Orlando/Tampa markets (must be located in or willing to relocate). StevenDouglas has been retained to identify a senior leader for this performance-driven position, requiring expertise in complex, luxury HOA operations, governance, lifestyle programming, and financial stewardship. This role leads a marquee portfolio of master-planned, large-scale, highly amenitized communities, delivering elevated resident experiences, operational precision, and long-term asset value. The Market President will be a member of the region leadership team, oversee all property management teams, and drive profitability of the Master Planned vertical within the South Region. Reporting to the Region President, South, the ideal candidate will have experience in building and leading a customer-focused, hospitality-oriented service organization with a strong culture of performance and accountability. The Market President, Master Planned (“President”) will lead all community management business efforts in the South Region across the Master Planned Vertical and have direct responsibility for leading all property management teams as well as profitably growing this $65MM business. The business currently employs over 1,000 associates serving more than 160 associations throughout Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. This role includes hospitality, food & beverage, and relationships with the Margaritaville brand. The President will work to build a customer-focused, hospitality service culture with performance accountability. The President will be a member of the region leadership team, collaborating with marketing, HR and financial services, and cross-functional leaders. Primary Responsibilities

Provide overall executive leadership and strategic direction of the Master Planned business to deliver long-term, sustainable growth. Develop and execute growth strategies to drive top-line growth for both developers and existing communities. Lead and mentor the leadership team to strengthen service culture and results-based accountability; focus on service delivery, new business, and client retention. Attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent; develop direct reports as future market leaders as part of succession planning. Ensure HR and communication processes actively manage a growing service organization and engage with associates. Continue partnership with the hospitality team to strengthen the program for Master Planned communities. Be responsible for the annual business plan and drive financial performance to meet targets. Actively promote and represent FirstService Residential to build reputation with the marketplace, professionals, and vendors serving the industry. Preferred Experience

Minimum of 10 years of senior management and executive leadership experience in residential property management, hospitality, commercial or facilities management, real-estate services, or related service industries. Proven experience in developing and managing high-performing teams with at least 5-8 direct reports for 10+ years. Experience delivering client service across multi-location operations, including associate training and engagement. Proven track record in leading sales and business growth; experience delivering hospitality/food & beverage programs with financial results. Experience with change management initiatives focused on service delivery and process improvement. Preferred Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience managing a P&L and drivers of profitable service delivery. Ability to create and execute long-term and annual business plans (including budget). Real estate, community, or property management designations and qualifications. Excellent leadership communications, including presentations and written skills. Strong financial acumen and comfort with detailed analyses. Additional Details
