The location is Tampa or Orlando, Florida (required). Position Summary

The Market President, Master Planned ("President") will lead all community management business efforts in the South Region across the Master Planned Vertical and have direct responsibility for leading all property management teams as well as profitably grow this $65MM business. The business today has over 1,000 associates delivering service to more than 160 associations throughout Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. This complex business includes hospitality, F&B, and relationships with the Margaritaville brand. Reporting to the Region President, South, the ideal candidate will have experience in building and leading a customer-focused, hospitality service organization with a strong culture of performance and accountability. The President will be a member of the region leadership team, work cross functionally with other shared service leaders, and partner with departments such as marketing, HR and financial services. Primary Responsibilities

Provide overall executive leadership and strategic direction of the Master Planned business to deliver long-term, sustainable growth. Develop and execute growth strategies to deliver top-line growth to both developers and existing communities. Lead and mentor leadership team to build on our service culture and results-based accountability for performance. Service delivery, new business and client retention will be critical to success in this role. Attract, retain and develop high-performers within the organization. Expectations are to develop direct reports as future market leaders as part of succession planning. Ensure HR and communication processes are in place to actively manage a growing service organization and continuously engage with associates. Continue the partnership with the hospitality team to strengthen the program and to define what it looks like for Master planned. Responsible for the annual business plan - driving financial performance to achieve targeted performance and execution of initiatives as committed to in the business plan. Actively promote and represent FirstService Residential in the marketplace to build our reputation with the broader community, professionals and vendors serving our industry. Preferred Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Minimum of 10 years of senior management and executive leadership experience. Preferred experience within residential property management, hospitality, commercial or facilities management, real-estate services or other service-based industries Must have proven experience in the development of and performance management of highly successful teams, with at least 5-8 direct reports for 10 or more years Proven success in delivering client service across a multi-location business including associate training and team engagement Proven track record in leading and delivering sales and business growth Proven results in delivering Hospitality / F&B program including financials Development and execution of change management initiatives with a focus on service delivery and process improvement Preferred Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in managing a P&L and the drivers of profitable service delivery Creation and execution to a long-term and annual business plan (including financial plan “budget”) Real estate or community or property management designations and qualifications. MBA and / or graduate level degree Professional designation (e.g. CPA) Excellent leadership communications including both presentations and written skills Strong financial acumen, business judgement and comfort with detailed financial analyses
