We are seeking individuals to guide customers through significant changes as we embrace generative AI through Copilot, Copilot+ PCs, and Windows in the Cloud. Microsoft is leading this evolution, enabling organizations to reimagine their business for success in this new era. With AI integration, physical Windows devices (as well as Cloud PCs) offer flexibility and efficiency, allowing for a seamless transition between on-premise and remote work environments. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home. Travel percentages will vary according to role. As an AI Business Solutions, Cloud Solution Architect you will be passionate about driving our customers’ business applications & AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. In this customer-facing role, you will own both the business applications-focused technical relationship and technical strategy between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation and operational health engagements.
Responsibilities
Customer Centricity: Drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers by leveraging M365 Enterprise Services expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. You will actively listen and respectfully challenge to drive the best outcomes.
Customer Insights: Provide feedback and insights from customers back to the relevant MS teams to enable continuous improvement.
Business Impact: Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth by developing opportunities to drive Customer Success business results with decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's M365 value proposition and derive value from investments.
Resolution of Customer Blockers: Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects using deep knowledge of M365 services or Teams/Voice; lead technical conversations to drive value and deliver work per Microsoft best practices.
Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset and accelerate customer outcomes by engaging with communities, sharing expertise, and contributing to IP.
Other: Embody Microsoft culture and values.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, or related field.
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience on technical projects with experience designing and deploying AI/Microsoft 365 solutions or related, plus knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures for integrating on-premises workloads with Azure resources.
Breadth of technical experience with depth in Microsoft 365 Copilot and one or more of: Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Endpoint (Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365).
Other Requirements: Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the role’s job duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years experience on technical projects.
Change management experience and/or PROSCI certification.
Business and sales acumen; Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) and/or Microsoft certifications. Deep knowledge of Cloud/hybrid messaging, collaboration, or unified environments.
Breadth of Microsoft 365 solutions knowledge (e.g., Teams, Teams Phone & Rooms, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Viva, Power Platform, Windows/Cloud Endpoint, Identity and Access, Information Protection, Governance & Risk, Compliance).
