Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer

. Location options include hybrid work arrangements across multiple locations. Providence seeks a senior developer to provide technical development services across the SDLC for ERP/HCM applications, with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM, HCM modules, and related cloud technologies. Responsibilities Provide technical development services throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC): requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit testing, integration, acceptance testing, and implementation support. Develop and customize applications, integrations, conversions, reporting, and automated workflows for HR-related processes. Apply functional business process knowledge in Human Resources (e.g., Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). Work with IT architectures including SaaS and PaaS cloud technologies; interpret business requirements and design technology architecture. Lead projects and work teams; mentor others and provide guidance on tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to deliver end-to-end experiences from proof of concept to final product.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services. 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer. 2+ years supporting finance, HR, supply chain or payroll modules (Kronos Time Attendance) in large ERP. 4+ years experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM). Strong Java Enterprise (JEE) programming experience. Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services. Experience with test automation and CI tools (e.g., Hudson). Strong cloud infrastructure background (Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants).
Preferred
Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related IS/healthcare field. 5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud/e-Business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, or Finance. 6+ years supporting Kronos workforce management (v7+) applications; Kronos report development (SSRS). 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement). Strong Oracle HCM Cloud tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations, Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts, and Fast Formulas. Experience with middleware platforms (preferably Oracle Integration Cloud) and integration patterns. Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages. Hands-on SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services. Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and best practices to optimize performance. Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Redwood pages, and API development/management.
