Currently seeking a qualified and entrepreneurial-minded
Civil Engineering Project Manager
to join a well known engineering team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values autonomy, and is committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused service. Primary Responsibilities Lead commercial and industrial land development civil engineering projects Coordinate with technical staff, subcontractors, and consultants Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D for design and drafting Perform site planning and civil engineering design Design stormwater detention and sewer systems using specialized software Manage permitting processes with various regulatory agencies Maintain and develop client relationships Support training and development of technical and operational staff Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients Organize and manage multiple tasks and timelines Ensure timely delivery of project milestones Qualifications Professional licensure preferred (PE) Minimum 10 years of experience in land development civil engineering Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and land development practices Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Proven ability to manage projects independently from inception to completion Strong organizational and communication skills Competitive salary commensurate with experience Paid time off for holidays, vacation, and sick leave Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Retirement savings plan with company match Annual performance-based bonus program Opportunities for professional development and training If you feel like this opportunity is for you, then feel free to apply today!
