You\'ll help define our customer strategy, lead high-impact go-to-market initiatives, and develop compelling narratives that drive business outcomes. You will shape product and marketing strategies through deep insights and cross-functional alignment, delivering results at a functional level.

What You’ll Do

Enhance Strategic Partner Engagement: Develop messaging and materials that inform cross-functional teams and set owners up for success. Include strategic reasoning for quarterly communication touchpoints and customer segmentation strategies with partner merchants. Understand partnership functionality and key revenue and cost drivers within scope.

Drive Effective Communications Strategy: Build consumer-facing communication that informs product and partner execution. Test, track, and optimize strategies to inform future executions. Influence decision-making with customer and merchant insights.

Operate with Agility and Drive Execution: Navigate ambiguity with confidence and bring clarity to cross-functional projects. Manage multiple high-priority initiatives, anticipate risks, and maintain momentum through planning and execution. Evaluate trade-offs to balance short-term impact with long-term value.

Use Data to Inform Execution: Advocate for customer pain points and opportunities at key decision forums. Develop frameworks for how teams use customer data to drive actionable decisions. Translate business goals into actionable product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
