We’re seeking a driven and experienced Employment Discrimination Plaintiff Attorney who is ready to fight for justice in the workplace. The ideal candidate will be a skilled litigator with a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and a passion for representing individuals in complex discrimination and retaliation matters. What’s in it for You
The annual salary for this position is up to $150,000 annually, plus 4% of the cases. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Generous paid time off and holidays Requirements
Strong writing skills, including drafting complaints, motions, and legal briefs Excellent deposition and courtroom advocacy abilities Ability to manage a full caseload independently Deep knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, NYSHRL, and NYCHRL laws
