Territory Business Manager (TBM) . In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative diabetes solutions, driving sales growth within your territory, and aligning your efforts with a bold, patient-first brand strategy. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual territory sales goals, driving measurable growth in prescription volume and market share, while maintaining 100% compliance with company policies and FDA guidelines. Execute a strategic territory business plan that includes defined HCP call targets, account engagement activities, and pull-through initiatives resulting in increased adoption. Leverage territory data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact accounts, ensuring alignment to business unit objectives. Deliver effective, compliant sales presentations that translate clinical data into actionable solutions for HCPs, leading to measurable increases in patient starts and prescriber confidence. Maintain expert-level knowledge of Type 1 & Type 2 diabetes, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape, and communicate insights that influence HCP treatment decisions. Essential Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university 3+ years of Life Sciences industry selling experience 1-3 years of diabetes pharmaceutical sales experience or a clinical background in diabetes as a PharmD, NP, CDE, RN, etc. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record Must live within territory boundaries Track record of documented sales growth Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience selling in a complex and competitive environment Pre-existing endocrinology relationships in existing territory/geography Strong working knowledge of the complexity of Type 1 & 2 diabetes, competitive treatment landscape and treatment guidelines Prior experience in the territory with established relationships with key HCPs and market familiarity is strongly preferred Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
