Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our wholesale and retail customers find the perfect Sherwin-Williams products to meet their needs. You'll provide exceptional support by answering questions, recommending solutions, and resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction. As a key player in achieving our store's sales goals, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining both high-quality and visually appealing merchandise and store standards. This full-time position offers a starting salary of $17.50 and is based at Store #725673, located at 9550 Brier Creek Parkway Raleigh NC 27617. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and customer formulas. Pull products from sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Stock shelves and set up attractive displays. Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help make deliveries as required. Ensure assigned areas are stocked and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and options available. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose improvements to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally; reasonable accommodations may be made. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Experience in selling paint and paint-related products. Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
