Business Development Associate

within our Boston Staffing division. The role is to leverage an existing contact base, network, and prospect for new staffing opportunities, applying strong sales skills to win opportunities in the Finance & Accounting and Human Resources space. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges. Responsibilities

Pursue new business opportunities with Atrium prospects and existing clients. Train under the guidance of the Managing Director of the Boston team while building a portfolio of leads by leveraging existing contacts, networking, and warm/cold calling. Schedule and conduct consultative meetings with hiring managers and talent acquisition/HR teams. Convert leads to opportunities by articulating Atriums capabilities and differentiators to meet client requirements. Develop pricing proposals and maintain profitable margins through strong negotiation. Meet sales performance metrics, expectations, and deliverables, and handle other tasks as directed. Maintain relationships with existing clients by delivering best-in-class service. Generate sales leads and market new business through cold and warm calls, emails, and targeted marketing campaigns. Conduct consultative meetings with potential client stakeholders to identify staffing needs and qualified resources. Maintain accurate records of prospecting and sales activities in the Atrium CRM. Collaborate with cross-functional Atrium leaders and subject matter experts. Work with Divisional Leaders, Business Development Managers, and Recruiters to uncover intel and opportunities. Access internal SMEs to develop proposals and materials for presentations. Coordinate contributors for solution planning, pricing, or other proposal content. Stay up-to-date on Atrium solutions and messaging. Train with Atrium teams to position competitive advantages and confidently represent Atrium Staffing Solutions. Attend conferences and networking events. Participate in local industry organizations as agreed with Leadership and meet face-to-face with clients, partners, and prospects. Required Experience/Skills

Minimum 2 - 4 years of new business development and experience generating new leads, with a proven sales quota achievement. Ability to multitask and manage several prospects/proposals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements

Ability to operate at an office desk for extended periods. Ability to work in the Boston, MA office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Ability to travel between Atrium offices as needed, with reliable transportation. Ability to attend national industry events and conferences as needed. Education

Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience is required. Benefits
