The Finance and Accounting Recruiter will manage a full desk including recruiting, account management, and new business prospecting. This division is growing with a strong client base. Responsibilities include growing a target list of new sales prospects, interviewing industry professionals, matching professionals to open roles, achieving sales quota, and servicing existing accounts. Leverage existing contacts, networks, and prospect for new opportunities while applying strong sales skills to win competitive opportunities. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented, with ability to overcome objections and resilience in the face of challenges. Responsibilities
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for direct hire positions, including sourcing, screening, conducting in-person behavioral-based interviews, and completing reference checks. Follow up on sales leads and work to bring in new clients while managing existing accounts. Source for active and passive talent by managing job postings, utilizing job boards, attending networking events, maintaining social media platforms, and cultivating a strong referral base. Play "matchmaker" to pair candidates with client open positions. Negotiate salary rates with candidates. Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief post-interview. Keep candidate records up to date with accurate notes and summaries. Identify and market new business through leads, cross-selling opportunities, and targeted campaigns. Discuss detailed job orders with clients and develop relationships through onsite visits or approved activities. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments. Other projects and tasks as directed by your manager. Required Experience/Skills
Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience, preferably in Agency Staffing. Proven history of achieving sales quota. Experience developing sales strategies, service levels, and price proposals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive, deadline-oriented environment. Ability to collaborate with multiple levels within an organization and cross-functional departments. Demonstrated knowledge of solutions-oriented sales/closing techniques. Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to commute to and work in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance or Business preferred. Benefits
