Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
Building strong relationships with customers.
Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintaining organized work orders and formulas.
Preparing and mixing products according to customer specifications.
Restocking shelves and creating appealing displays.
Maintaining cleanliness of store equipment.
Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Keeping assigned areas organized and visually appealing.
Staying informed about product offerings to assist customers effectively.
Complying with inventory control procedures.
Contributing ideas for improving sales.
Minimum Requirements:
18 years of age or older.
Legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodations.
Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodations.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
Experience selling paint and related products.
Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
This position is part-time, offering up to 28 hours per week, with a starting salary of $14.50. You will work at Store #721092, located at 6030 Taylor Road, Wendell, NC, 27591.
