Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Assist customers both in person and via phone, determining their needs and recommending suitable products.
Build strong, trusting relationships with our customers.
Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with store policies.
Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Maintain accurate work order files and ingredient formulas.
Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
Stock shelves and create appealing product displays.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of store equipment.
Assist with deliveries as required.
Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
Stay informed about our product offerings and be able to discuss options available.
Support adherence to inventory control processes and suggest improvements.

Store #5024, located at 122 Loyola Dr. Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communication in English and Spanish. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service. Prior experience selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
