As a Wholesale Product Advisor, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with commercial paint customers to identify their needs, provide expert answers about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest tailored solutions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure their complete satisfaction while staying informed about new product features. You will uphold the high quality and visual standards of our products and store, and your contributions will drive excellent customer service in alignment with the store's sales goals. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #703546, located at: 2924 4th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. This full-time position offers a competitive starting rate of $23.00/hr, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your well-being and career development. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Building trust-based relationships with wholesale customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining precise work order files and product formulas. Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as required. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and organizing displays. Cleansing store equipment as needed. Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and available options to assist customers effectively. Complying with inventory control procedures. Proposing innovative solutions to improve sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
