Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle including sourcing and interviewing candidates. This role requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws and human resources practices, as well as proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms. Target range is 55K – 80K.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System, Arcoro.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues as needed.
Assist in training development initiatives for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
