Customer Service Specialist

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will be the face of our brand, ensuring top-notch service for both wholesale and retail customers. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and recommend tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assisting customers both in person and over the phone Building strong, trusting relationships with wholesale and retail clients Processing sales transactions accurately in compliance with policies and procedures Aiming to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas Pulling and preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications Stocking shelves and setting up displays to keep the store organized Maintaining cleanliness of store equipment and assisting with deliveries as needed Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing Staying informed on our product offerings to provide the best options for customers Following inventory control procedures Offering suggestions to improve sales performance Location of store: 926 Haddonfield Rd. Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
