Customer Service Specialist

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers to meet their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction while adhering to our store's sales goals. Stay informed about product features, maintain high quality and visual standards of products and the store, and help us achieve outstanding customer service. The selected individual will work at the Renton Highlands Store, located at 4500 NE Sunset BLVD Ste D, Renton, WA 98059. This is a full-time role with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour. As a Customer Service Specialist, your duties will involve: Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assisting customers both in person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Building trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Processing sales transactions accurately according to policies and procedures. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining precise work order files and product formulas. Handling product stocking and display setups. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications as required. Cleaning store equipment and maintaining an organized workspace. Loading and unloading delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed. Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Remaining knowledgeable about available products and options. Following inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvements. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Must hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion. Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service.
