The client is seeking to hire an HR Manager to join their leadership team in Milton, Vermont. This opportunity is well-suited for a strategic HR professional with experience in manufacturing or distribution environments who thrives in compliance-driven (OSHA) settings and enjoys leading through change.
Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on organizational change and development initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement
- Oversee benefits administration, vendor relationships, and compliance
- Manage core HR operations including onboarding, policies, and performance processes
- Support succession planning, talent engagement, and long-term people strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters or HR certification preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Background in manufacturing or distribution with OSHA compliance knowledge
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and benefits administration
- Proven success in leading change management initiatives
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
