Legal Administrative Assistant
to support our attorneys in Bethesda. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism in a fast-paced legal environment.

Manage busy attorney calendars, including court appearances, meetings, and events. Draft, prepare, and e-file legal documents under attorney supervision. Coordinate new client/matter intake using InTapp and maintain organized case files in NetDocs. Assist with case management, deadlines, and trial preparation. Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and outside parties. Process expense reports, reimbursements, and related financial documentation. Provide occasional backup support to reception and office operations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of administrative support in a legal or professional services setting. Strong experience with e-filing (DC/MD required; VA a plus).
