Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Contribute to a positive work environment and support team members.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands efficiently.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient outcomes and improve care processes.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth objectives.
Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in North Carolina and BLS/ACLS certification.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation software.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing conditions in patient care.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting.
Experience with data analysis to improve patient care outcomes.
