Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.
Utilize data and metrics to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs.
Contribute to a positive work environment and support team members.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth objectives.
Experience/Qualifications Provide exceptional patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly.
Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team to enhance care plans.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
Utilize data and metrics to enhance patient care and efficiency.
