RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Asheville, North Carolina — earn up to ($1930 - $2032 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize data and metrics to improve patient care and outcomes.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands efficiently.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth goals.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in North Carolina.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar setting.
Strong ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
Proficient in administering medications and treatments as per physician orders.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams.
Experience with electronic medical records and accurate patient documentation.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Demonstrated success in achieving targets and measurable outcomes.
