Legal Secretary
with
civil litigation
experience to advance their career in a stable and supportive setting. You'll be part of a close-knit team working directly with top trial attorneys on high-stakes matters, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
What You'll Be Doing: Transcribing legal documents and correspondence Handling high-volume phone calls, calendar management, and scheduling Preparing and filing motions and other civil litigation pleadings Managing court deadlines and calendaring with precision Supporting attorneys in a variety of litigation tasks What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in civil litigation, ideally with exposure to medical malpractice Proficiency in Word, WordPerfect, Outlook, Adobe, and Lexis Hot Docs Strong organizational, communication, and calendaring skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail The Perks:
