Position Overview
Swipe Say Easy We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions while maintaining confidentiality of information. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services and products. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with team members to identify solutions for improving customer service processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
