Fahrenheit Advisors is assisting our manufacturing client-a multinational group leader in automatic machines-in their search for a Human Resources Manager. In this role, you will support corporate HR strategy with a focus on employee development and HR oversight of a team of 160. As a key member of the Management Team, you will partner across the local organization and with corporate HR to design and implement policies, programs, and practices that support employees and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership and line managers, supporting the achievement of organizational goals through proactive people initiatives. Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding. Champion training and development programs with a strong focus on leadership training, succession planning, and employee retention. Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution, grievances, and compliance with employment laws. Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures in scope of the role. Conduct onboarding sessions and program for new hires. Lead the transition to digital HR practices including newly implemented HCM system and HR dashboards; identify new tools to enhance data-driven HR decisions. Function as the primary liaison between local operations and corporate HR to ensure cohesive implementation of policies, systems, and organizational culture. Support the ongoing transformation efforts related to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digitalization of HR processes. Provide daily support to line managers, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of HR or supervisory experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and employment laws is a plus. Proven experience in organizational development, employee relations, and training program implementation. Digital mindset with a willingness to implement and manage modern HR technologies and systems. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills. Strong ability to influence managers; experience in leadership development is a plus. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed. Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all HR matters.
