We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our customers, enhancing their overall experience with our brand. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information, ensuring that all interactions are positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Document customer interactions using our CRM software to maintain accurate records Provide product recommendations and information to enhance customer understanding Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service practices Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Proficiency in computer applications and willingness to learn new software Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory Benefits
