Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As an Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of human resources, including compliance with all legal and policy requirements and reducing liability; recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, training, and compliance. You will act as a liaison between employees, management, and other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR-related activities.

Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
MUST be bilingual English / Spanish
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Certifications SHRM-CP or PHR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
Compliance : ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Record-keeping : maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
Recruitment and hiring : coordinate job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes
Employee relations : handle employee inquiries, conflicts, and performance issues
Benefits administration : manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs
Training and development : coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities
Communication : provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
