Responsibilities Provide administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of server infrastructure hosting Enterprise Applications. Resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; collaborate with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; interface with business clients and technology staff to implement solutions that meet business needs and assess impact of new or revised applications on existing infrastructure, including installation and testing of new enterprise system software and hardware releases. Work directly with users to prioritize requests and regularly update users on progress and delivery timelines. Coordinate escalation communications and participate in the development and maintenance of project documentation including design, configuration, and installation. Coordinate end-to-end application testing, defect management, change and release management, and escalation processes; provide on-call production support, including off-hours and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent senior-level systems administration experience in a large enterprise environment; solid understanding of systems at scale; technical skills in Windows Server and Linux; working knowledge of SANs. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (IIS, Microsoft Cluster Service, Certificates, PowerShell); experience with VMware vSphere and Cisco UCS is a plus; strong troubleshooting using built-in Windows tools (Event Logs, Perfmon, NetSH, PowerShell). Ability to automate routine tasks (PowerShell, Python) and experience deploying software across server estate. Experience with Datadog, SCOM, Qualys, and ServiceNow is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
