Customer Tech - Salesforce Solution Architect Revenue Cloud - Senior - Tech Cons - Open Location at EY. The opportunity is in a rapidly growing area with EY’s Salesforce practice driving enterprise Salesforce.com implementations across all project phases. You will be the main contact person for the client to ensure delivery is on-time and on-budget. Responsibilities

Define and execute deliverables with efficiency Manage completion of deliverables and maintain engagement economics reports Track resource plans and budgets, and handle project statuses Participate in client sessions as a workstream member or team lead Travel is required based on client needs, and you will be expected to maintain a chargeability level with billable hours to external clients Qualifications

A four-year Bachelor\'s degree is required in Business Systems or related field Experience typically 2-4 years in a relevant field, implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more people, and hands-on experience with configuration and customizations Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Familiar with relational database concepts Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities Excellent communication, leadership and client development skills Salesforce.com certification(s) Able to travel to meet client demand as needed Skills & Attributes For Success

Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levels Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client Experience in Salesforce CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations Salesforce integration experience and experience with middleware tools Deep experience with Salesforce components (APEX, Visualforce, APIs, AppExchange, etc.) Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce workflows, approvals, and related automation Ability to lead solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities Ability to define and create specifications for custom code or data migration with developers Ability to manage project timelines and economics for on-time, on-budget delivery Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation and change management plans Agile delivery methodologies Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance Systems integration skills Building relationships, client trust, and emotional agility Complex problem-solving abilities Qualifications – Additional

Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics desired; Master\'s preferred Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred What We Look For
