Generate and analyze reports to support operational needs. Handle inbound calls to assist vendors and customers with inquiries. Distribute mail and manage scanning and indexing tasks for documentation. Schedule appointments and coordinate with vendors as needed. Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for order entry and administrative tasks. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles. Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support.
