We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lynnwood, Washington. This is a Contract to permanent position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and stability. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer support, processing orders accurately, and maintaining detailed records.

Responsibilities:
• Process incoming customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely coordination with the appropriate warehouse.
• Organize and send product samples to potential clients based on their requests.
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Perform general data entry tasks to update and maintain customer profiles and order information.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and provide product-related information.
• Assist with occasional travel to trade shows to support customer engagement and promotional activities.
• Utilize Dynamics SL and Office tools to manage orders, correspondence, and customer data.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Dynamics SL and Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and related events.
• Previous experience in order processing or inventory management is a plus.
