• Support the team by participating in group activities and contributing to shared goals.
• Assist in resolving order-related concerns under the guidance of supervisors and experienced colleagues.• 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
