In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional support to employees and clients during our benefits administration period. Responsibilities:
• Deliver accurate and up-to-date information regarding benefit plans, including options, eligibility, enrollment, and claims processes.
• Guide employees through the use of benefit portals and assist with completing enrollment documentation.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain thorough and precise records of customer interactions and resolutions within the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Uphold the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and benefits-related information.• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls and addressing customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer data with accuracy.
• Ability to navigate and utilize online portals or systems for benefits administration.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
