Customer Service / Account ManagerLHH is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Service Account Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. This position will pay between $19 and $24/hr. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the main liaison between the client and internal teams
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, challenges, and service needs
• Proactively monitor account activity to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or upselling
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure timely delivery of services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service issues, and resolutions
• Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports
• Support onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup
• Identify trends and feedback from clients to help improve processes, products, and services
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align customer feedback with strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client success roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
