Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update new and modified orders for key accounts with precision.
Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.
Send order confirmations to representatives or distributors as needed.
Manage the processing of sample orders and submissions, ensuring all entries are correct.
Support the sales team by entering forecast data and assisting with inventory variance reports.
Handle distributor stock rotation claims and maintain consignment inventory records.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Oracle is a plus, but not mandatory.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Compensation: $19-20/hr.
