Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update new and modified orders for key accounts with precision.

  • Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.

  • Send order confirmations to representatives or distributors as needed.

  • Manage the processing of sample orders and submissions, ensuring all entries are correct.

  • Support the sales team by entering forecast data and assisting with inventory variance reports.

  • Handle distributor stock rotation claims and maintain consignment inventory records.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with Oracle is a plus, but not mandatory.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Compensation: $19-20/hr.

  • Employment Type: Contract to hire

  • Location: Plano, TX 75024
