Responsibilities

• Answering and managing incoming customer calls.
• Preparing quotes and processing orders accurately.
• Assisting customers with requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Conducting proactive customer follow-ups using our CRM system.
• Ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, with a maximum response time of 4 hours nationwide.
• Scheduling and conducting in-person showroom appointments.
• Performing light administrative duties, such as organizing and keeping the showroom and swatch room up to date.
• Supporting the sales team with internal communication and post-sale customer service when needed.
• Specializing in using our rental software to ensure smooth operations.
