We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join a team in Royersford, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and resolve challenges.

• Utilize project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, to drive efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations.

• Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders and provide clear updates on progress.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Analyze project risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues.

• Collaborate with leadership to align project goals with organizational objectives.

• Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization across projects.

• Support construction-related initiatives, leveraging prior industry experience to enhance project outcomes.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of formal project management practices and methodologies.
• Certification in PMP or other recognized project management programs is preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating across teams.
• Ability to analyze and mitigate risks effectively.
• A detail-oriented approach to managing documentation and ensuring accuracy.
