Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Agile Scrum methodologies and promote best practices within the team.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to meet deadlines and financial constraints.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
• Provide regular project updates and performance reports to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Oversee the integration of technical and business requirements into project workflows.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and deliver exceptional results.• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification.
• Proficiency in coding and technical project management is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Strong financial and organizational acumen, including experience managing budgets and resources.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred but not required.
