You will play a crucial role in managing schedules, assisting with communication, and maintaining office organization, allowing our team to perform their best
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, budgets, and analyses as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and placing orders as necessary.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
