Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Winchester, VA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and performing essential clerical duties. The role involves organizing schedules, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient office operations.

- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with office software and equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
