Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Nashville, TN. The Administrative Assistant will handle various clerical tasks such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized records. This role will utilize QuickBooks for billing, Mailchimp for newsletters, and Squarespace for website updates. Responsibilities also include providing executive administrative support, assisting with communication and customer service, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations.

- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
