Overview
Private real estate firm in San Diego, CA (Carmel Valley area) is looking for a polite and discreet Administrative Assistant who is sensitive and caring but firm with co-workers, investors, clients and vendors to support an extremely busy Executive. In this administrative role you will need to do your absolute best to complete the task at hand and “stay late” to get the job done if warranted.
Responsibilities
- Support an extremely busy Executive with administrative tasks.
- Manage calendars and schedule coordination.
- Write letters and prepare communications.
- Coordinate and manage events and travel (including flights, hotels and transportation).
- Utilize technology to create PowerPoint presentations, invitations, spreadsheets and various marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Savvy with managing calendars.
- Great at writing letters.
- Efficient at coordinating and managing events, travel including flights, hotels and transportation.
- Good working knowledge of current technology, with ability to create PowerPoint presentations, invitations, spreadsheets and various other marketing materials.
Preferred qualifications
Ideal candidate is organized and able to jump from one project to another and have excellent time management skills. In addition, highly prefer a candidate with either paralegal experience or who has experience reviewing contracts and legal documents.
