Position Overview
MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role offers many learning and advancement opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English skills, be highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Support scheduling by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts

- Prepare presentations as instructed

Candidate Qualifications

- 1 year of experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+)
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
